Based on your needs, we will identify and qualify suitable candidates.

We present these candidates to our client for review and approval.

Once approved, we hire the candidates as an employee of Thrive to work on our behalf at our client's location for an initial 6-8 week term.

During that time, the client and our team member determine suitability for the role.

When there is a fit, we work with our client and team member to assure they are transitioned to our client as a full time team member.
